Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

• Open MaghrebPaw and go to Profile.
• Scroll to Trust & Safety.
• Tap Delete account, choose a reason, then tap Delete My Account.

Without the app

Email support@maghrebpaw.app from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify it is you and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile and photo.
• Your messages and Paw Times posts.
• Your pets and walks are deactivated and removed from listings.
• Your sign-in account.

What we may keep

Reports you filed or that were filed about you, and moderation logs, may be kept as long as needed for community safety and legal obligations. They are not used for any other purpose.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
